Called once I finally found a number that worked and spoke with extremely helpful customer support person who explained there's no parts available for my broken trap but she checked and said I would be getting a new replacement trap. Hallelujah!

I bought a 2-pound bottle of mice and rat poison. I followed the directions and ran out after about 80 linear feet.

The product stated that there was 1,000 ft.².

I would categorize it as false advertising. I called the company, and they did agree to give me a refund.

I never even thought of putting gloves on I feel so stupid. I was so worried.

But then I found out that they are made with that in mind.

Knowing that people might forget to put gloves on So I guess theres like a waxy coating or something over but anyhow, Im good.

Nothing wrong.

And the gentleman that talked their on site toxicologist was wonderful. He is very one of the best customer service representatives Ive ever had.

Still waiting for the Amazon gift card. Called twice now.

The 2nd representative said the first representative did nit send the email to get the card.

Wondering if the 2nd one did. Your product doesn't work.

I just called to see if I could buy refills for my gallon jugs of Tom cat rodent repellent

I was hoping to buy it in a 5 gallon container. Its $24 plus tax in California.

And I thought if I could use these very sturdy containers that the nice smelling stuff comes in that would be a good way to save money. But she has some kind of refill for $11 for a two pack, but she did not know how much within the two pack

The jerk told me you need to eliminate the food sources and move all appliances before you can even expect any of the Tomcat traps to work. He went over this repeatedly, and it's stupid, because the bottom line is that they just don't work!

I'm taking valuable time to do this review of the bogus Tomcat traps, so for anyone who's even thinking about buying Tomcat traps, don't waste your time and money, point blank! Customer service is worse than the traps themselves! Gary and my poor golden retriever Brandy, whose last name is Rokuta! It's not even worth taking any photos!

And I don't need to prove that I bought them from Amazon, and their customer ratings must be bogus too. Now I know not to believe Amazon reviews!

I purchased Tomcat rodent repellent I've used your products in the past and have not had a problem but this time I am not satisfied with the product and I would like a refund. I have always gotten the large I think it's a gallon of the peppermint spray but this was a smaller can and it just doesn't have the same effect I still have mice

I purchased five or six bait and kill mice traps. Problem was I did everything the directions told me to.

I also tried numerous times to catch one in the trap NOTHING happened I also purchased the jell for the traps. Nothing. Purchased from Home Depot. I had thrown out receipts but I was in luck because she told me the alternative by having them print up my receipt.

Requested information regarding mice. It will be the first time that I am using your product. It was recommended by another satisfied customer.

The rat bait stations are old and the poison has broken down to a powder that was all over my hands counter floor and in the air . I'm calling poison control I bagged all and out outside. I paid over 200 bucks for all this and God help you if I or my dog get sick Roberta Thompson 604392****

Stations do not open with the supplied keys. 5 stations, 5 keys Do Not Work. Can't open bait stations.

After a year the rats are taking the bait and the trap does not snap to catch them. I have owned this product for over a year and it worked well last year but not the rats are taking the bait and I am not catching them.

I lost my key for the exterior bait station. I called and got one person who asked me to read off the bar code off the box.

Well, I don't keep boxes for everything for years. He said there was no way they could replace it without the bar code.

I hung up and immediately called back, getting a helpful young lady. She figured it all out and sent me a key.
